CRAFTYCUTS.AI LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. LICENSE GRANT

CraftyCuts.ai grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Templates according to the type of subscription they have purchased.

2. PERSONAL USE LICENSE

If you have a Personal Subscription, your use of the Templates is subject to the following restrictions:

• You may use the Templates for personal, non-commercial projects only.
• You may not sell, redistribute, or share the Templates in any form, whether modified or unmodified.
• You may not use the Templates for any business, commercial, or for-profit purposes.
• You may not sublicense, transfer, or allow third parties to use the Templates.

3. BUSINESS USE LICENSE

If you have a Business Subscription, your use of the Templates is subject to the following permissions and restrictions:

• You may use the Templates for commercial and business purposes, including creating products for sale.
• You may modify, share, or redistribute the Templates.
• You may sell physical or digital products that incorporate the Templates.
• You may not resell the Templates in their original, unmodified form.
• You may not claim authorship or exclusive rights to the Templates.

4. RESTRICTIONS FOR ALL USERS

Regardless of your subscription type, you may not:

• Use the Templates for any illegal, offensive, or harmful activities.
• Use the Templates in a way that violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to extract the AI model behind the Template generation process.

5. OWNERSHIP

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary technology related to CraftyCuts.ai and the Templates, remain the exclusive property of CraftyCuts.ai. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Templates—only a limited license as described above.

6. TERMINATION

CraftyCuts.ai reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using all Templates obtained from CraftyCuts.ai.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

CraftyCuts.ai provides the Templates "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company disclaims all liability for any issues arising from the use of the Templates.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall CraftyCuts.ai be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Templates.

9. MODIFICATIONS

CraftyCuts.ai reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Templates after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Mexico.
