• Resell, distribute, or share templates generated through the Service without proper authorization.

2. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Payments

2.1 Fees

Fees for subscriptions and one-time purchases are outlined on the pricing page of the Service. Fees are subject to change, and we will notify you in advance of any changes.

2.2 Billing for Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fees.

2.3 Billing for One-Time Purchases

Payment for one-time purchases must be made at the time of purchase.

2.4 Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not receive a refund for the remaining period.

2.5 Refunds

Certain subscription plans and one-time purchases may include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription or eligible one-time purchase and request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, we will provide a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted through our support team. Refunds do not apply to other subscriptions or purchases unless required by law.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership

All content, templates, designs, and materials generated or provided by the Service ("Content") are the intellectual property of Alchemical Bytes, LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the Content without authorization.
• Use the Content in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating the Service.

4.2 Advertising Use

By uploading User Content, you also grant us the right to use your User Content in advertising, marketing, and promotional materials for the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, showcasing your designs or creations on our website, social media platforms, and other promotional channels.

4.3 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alchemical Bytes, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or content.
• Any errors or omissions in the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
